For purchases on App World the license key creation should happen automatically. Log into your My World account, install the app from there and the key should be generated for you by App World. If you have already installed the app without being logged into your My World account, you must first uninstall it, reboot and then reinstall after logging in. For more detailed information on that process, click here.
If App World fails to display a new license key, try updating its cache by selecting the Refresh List menu item while logged into your My World account. You can also try logging into your My World account using your PC, which isn't affected by caching issue on the device. To do that, visit the App World web store from your PC and click on the Sign In link near the top of the page.
For purchases made on MobiHand the key gets generated through your My Account. To do this, log into your My Account on MobiHand and change the device PIN associated with your account. This will automatically regenerate the key and save it to your My Account. Click here for the My Account login page.
After completing the above, activate the app on your BlackBerry by simply opening the app, selecting "Get BuddyGuard Pro", and clicking on the "Activate" button. BuddyGuard will then automatically retrieve your license key from the servers and pre-fill the value.
